Job Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining systems that enhance the performance and stability of our applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve efficiency.
- Implementing automation and monitoring solutions to proactively address potential problems.
- Participating in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Continuously improving the reliability and performance of our systems through data-driven analysis and optimization.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IAC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
