Working on L1 &L2 activity. 24/7 Monitoring of alert incidents through the monitoring tools.

Install and configure OS like RHEL 6. x, RHEL 7. x and administration.

Change the permission or ownership of file systems.

Creating and managing users and groups.

Handling and monitoring different types of Portals &application

Providing technical escalation to L2.

Recording the installations, upgrades, and maintenance of systems or software

Ensuring a safe and secure facility to protect the systems and power configuration

Planning for any probable disruptions, problems, and emergency

Managing and maintaining the provided checklist.

Providing proactive response based on the severity of the issues.

Creating planning for capacity changes

Upgrading hardware or software used by the organization
